At Medelect we’re committed to providing a high quality, cost effective service, which has earned the trust and loyalty of our clients. Our entrusted service expands throughout Western Australia with continued contracts to the medical industry including public and private Hospitals, Day Surgeries, Medical Centres, Allied Health Services and many other medical facilities.
Our experienced, qualified and hospital trained staff offer versatility, technical advisory and repair services. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality service to our customers with the confidence that their medical equipment is well maintained and produces accurate and reliable results.
Medelect is a Western Australian owned and family operated company, established in 1990 by Director, Mick Saunt and led by Managing Director, Greg Saunt. Mick and Greg have extensive experience, both technical and managerial, and lead a strong team of highly qualified and hospital trained Service Engineers and Technicians.
We provide on-going maintenance, repair and calibration of electro-medical equipment to the Australian Medical Standards AS/NZS 3551, AS 5369:2023 and manufacturers’ specifications.
We are the longest serving, original owners of a biomedical servicing provider in Western Australia. Over the last 35 years we have successfully helped more than 500 healthcare establishments pass Australian Accreditation and ISO 9001 Accreditation, this includes more than 10 hospitals. Part of the Accreditors survey is to scrutinise Medelect’s procedures and on each occasion have satisfied all their requirements.
